Artist-in-Residence Program at RYUKYU Villa: Showcasing the Beauty of Amami Oshima

As part of the third edition of the artist-in-residence program at RYUKYU Villa, I have been invited for a two-week stay to create artwork inspired by the natural beauty and culture of Amami Oshima.

The completed artwork will be presented and exhibited at UNION, a newly established cultural space in the Naze shopping district of Amami Oshima.

PARIS TO AMAMI

A reception party and talk show featuring the artist will be held on January 18 (Saturday).
The reception includes a special menu and music by guest DJs. During the exhibition period, visitors can also enjoy a Happy Hour Plan inspired by the French tradition of “apéritif.”
